This video is 46 minutes long and in it Ivy smokes mostly all-white 100s and 120s, but with one scene where she dangles a cork and leafs through a magazine. There are three holder scenes, one in which she appears with Aron in casual dress, another solo, also dressed casual, and one in which she is dressed in classical 30's glamour and facing the camera. There's also a couple of scenes where Ivy pretends to be a school girl learning to smoke and Aron plays her smoking "guardian angel". A variety of lighters are used and book matches in one scene. The lighters include the infamous Colight blowtorch-like gas lighter that has an unfortunate tendency to incinerate the end of the cigarette.
Ivy has quite a precocious girlish style. She often has trouble keeping a straight face in some of the scenes, especially the holder scenes with Aron. Her smoking style is straight forward but confident (except in the "learning to smoke" scenes), with mainly mouth exhales, some nose exhales and dangling and some nice open mouth inhales, particularly in the glam holder scene.
The DVD is very professionally done, with a title menu showing a short clip from the video repeating and a scene selection menu with scene titles. The standard of videography is good with a variety of angles and shot lengths used from full-body shots to extreme closeups. Most scenes are filmed with one fixed camera, but generally cut to a close-up part way through. The lighting is generally very good and the backgrounds are dark with back-lighting. The sound is also very good for the most part with smoking sounds coming through clearly, although there are some audio glitches and scratchyness in some scenes. There is some dialog, generally Ivy making direct comments to camera, along the lines of "Do you like this?" There is no smoking history interview that you often get in SF videos.
There are a number of "bloopers" that are not edited out, including a scene where Ivy drops her cigarette. The holder scene featuring Ivy and Aron facing each other is marred by the fact that the two of them can't stop giggling. It's meant to be a suggestive sexy scene (at one point Aron says "we're going to have cigarette sex"), but they don't pull it off. The learning to smoke/guardian angel scenes begin with a close-up of the cigarette and then feature a voice-over of Ivy talking to her diary which is a nice touch.
In general, for a video featuring predominantly a single model, this has good variety of scenes which helps to maintain the interest of the viewer.
